Emotional Distress and Mental Health Needs

You may experience depression, anxiety, phobias, or PTSD; you may hear voices, or you may have been given a diagnosis of "bipolar disorder", "psychosis" or "schizophrenia"

Family Dispute

Living in the Shadow of Childhood Traumas and Abuse

you may have a diagnosis of a "personality disorder" or you may find it hard to form and maintain relationships because of traumatic childhood experiences

I have particular expertise in working with people who have experienced stroke, brain injury, MS, spinal injuries, intellectual or physical disabilities, and autism. My work includes managing chronic pain, fatigue, cognitive problems, social isolation, depression or anxiety

Supporting Carers and Family Members

Being a carer for someone with a disability or long-term condition can also be very difficult, demanding and unrelenting. I am available to offer therapautic support for you, including developing stress-management strategies, making sense of changes in your relationships and roles, or finding ways to live a fulfilling life whilst also caring for your loved one
